I'm considering trying fermented vegetables. They are all the rage now. They are supposed to balance the bacteria in your gut and have multiple benefits. Has anyone tried them?

Water Street Farmers Market Belton

I was very pleased to see friends I met last year at the Water Street Farmers Market Saturday and to make several new friends. The Vendors there are always very friendly and helpful. I am hoping to see several of you posting your products here soon. Kathy Green's Mason Bees

Kathy Green has posted Mason Bee houses on the Buy, Sell Board. I knew very little about them so I started researching them.
Is anyone on the board familiar with them? If so share your knowledge with us. It sounds like they are very docile and prolific  pollinators.

I'm Kathy Green and I live in Middle Tennessee. I grow mostly perennial flowers, Herbs, some shrubs and I like to find weird and unusual plants to propagate and sell.

I have a new assistant

I've been out potting up seedlings and pulling weeds. I've discovered a great number of containers have Red Oak seedlings that I didn't plant. Also the vacant lot next door has seedlings that are spaced about 10 ft. apart That part isn't too annoying I can use the seedlings, but the squirrels also dug up hundreds of acorns that I planted and cut down some newly potted seedlings.
